United Way of Kennebec Valley is teaming up with Blane Casey Building Contractor Inc., both in Augusta, to raffle off two ice shacks at noon Monday, Feb. 8.
Tickets cost $25 and only 500 tickets will be sold. To purchase tickets, visit uwkv.org. All proceeds from the raffle will benefit Kennebec Behavioral Health, with offices in Augusta, Farmington and Winthrop, and Bread of Life Soup Kitchen in Augusta, through the United Way allocations process.
Drawing will be held at Cushnoc Brewing at 243 Water St., in Augusta, where a portion of the proceeds between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. will benefit United Way’s 50 nonprofit partner programs. Individuals do not have to be present to win. Winners will be alerted via email or telephone if they are not present.
