PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — While the mission to help end breast cancer remains the same, this year the Komen Philadelphia More Than Pink Walk looks a little bit different. You can turn your Sunday stroll into a power walk by registering for the virtual More Than Pink Walk.
It’s happening from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday, June 28.

“Everything is different this year,” Komen Philadelphia CEO Elaine Grobman said. “With the onset of this pandemic, we have had to turn on a dime and take our event and go virtual. And we’re very fortunate to have a team of professionals that are producing, I’m gonna call it a Broadway show that you’re going to see for 12 hours.”
Those who participate will help keep the Komen mission moving and you can walk anytime that works for you.
