A new study may change your change your sandwich forever!
The Grain Food Foundation and scientists now say that there’s little difference in how high-glycemic foods with fast carbs and low glycemic, (slow carb) foods impact weight management. Foods like white bread contain fast carbs and are usually connected to obesity. But, a review of 34 studies says the fast carbs aren’t more harmful.
