Lodge Bread Takes Pizza Project to a Storefront in Beverly Hills This August - Eater LA

adaapablogsi.blogspot.com

The Lodge Bread Company team announced a new pizza restaurant coming to Beverly Hills this year. They’re calling it Full Proof Pizza where the bread game brings naturally-leavened New York-style pizza to a new LA neighborhood.

Lodge already operates Full Proof out of Culver City from Wednesday through Sunday for sit-down, take-out, and delivery. It’s incredible to behold the number of pizzerias opening in LA over the last four months. In January, Prime Pizza took over a former Pizza Hut in West LA, while two new shops debuted on West Third with La Morra’s takeaway window and Oste. Plus, there’s the Mid-City food truck gone storefront, Bootleg Pizza, which opened in December. LA is truly in the midst of a pizza renaissance.
